Product Description
The SD series gearbox is designed for manual operation, but it can also be used in situations where manual drive is needed for automatic control systems and mechanical products. The SD series manual override gearbox is highly versatile and can be effectively utilised in various industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, water treatment, power plants, and nuclear power. It is specifically designed to support the operation of 90-degree open ball valves, butterfly valves, plug valves, and other types of valves.

1. The product has a small size, is light in weight, has a well-thought-out design, and features a contemporary style.
2.The product series provides a range of output torque options and pneumatic actuators that may be readily paired with different valves.
3. The series connection adheres to the ISO5211 standard, featuring a square tenon on the upper part and a square hole on the lower part. The high torque mechanism is equipped with connection ratios of 320:1 and 450:1. It features many key holes that enable users to choose the appropriate position of the product for the valve body according to their specific needs.
4. The upper boundary pin can be elevated to automatically spin the eccentric device either 180° or 90°, allowing for pneumatic or manual operation.
5. The product is equipped with a unique lubricating grease upon shipment from the factory. Once assembled with the valve and pneumatic actuator, it is securely sealed, offering protection against dust and water, and meeting the IP65 standard.
