    Product Description

    The JIMAI valve gearbox is manufactured in compliance with the ISO9001 quality management system and is validated with IP67 and IP68 ratings, demonstrating the valve gearbox's exceptional waterproof performance.   JIMAI valve gearboxes are engineered for use with quarter-turn valves and can be equipped with an electrical actuator.   The JIMAI valve gearboxes are designed to provide an output torque spanning from 260 NM to 150,000 NM and will continue to develop higher torque models to suit virtually all operational requirements.

    Carburization treatment worm

    JIMAI offers high-strength worms that have been treated with carburisation. This process significantly enhances the worm's hardness, ensuring that it will not break during extended use. Consequently, the maintenance cost can be significantly reduced by utilising JIMAI products.


    Low temp lubricant

    JIMAI employs a low-temperature lubricant that is suitable for use in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 120°C. Our lubricating oil is applied to the entire worm gear to guarantee a highly seamless operation.


    Torque testing machines

    Professional torque testing devices are available from JIMAI for valve gearboxes of any size.  JIMAI guarantees precise torque data for each valve gearbox variant.  Before departing the factory, each input torque and output torque undergo rigorous testing.


    Temperature testing

    The temperature testing devices are owned by JIMAI.  We will conduct a rigorous testing process for the temperature range used, and if the customer specifies a specific temperature, we will be able to determine whether our products are suitable for use in order to guarantee the highest level of safety.


    Worm process

    The valve gearbox worm is also processed independently by JIMAI.  After high-precision processing, the worm gear can mesh with the input shaft and worm wheel to guarantee seamless rotation without jamming.
