The main purpose of the JMG series IP67 IP68 weatherproof valve gearbox, manufactured by Zhejiang Jimai Auto-tech Co., Ltd., is to regulate quarter-turn valves, such as butterfly valves and ball valves. It is utilised to tackle problems that can be remedied by simple manual processes. The JMG series valve gearbox has successfully passed the IP67 and IP68 heat exchanger tests. The remarkable impermeable and dust-proof design of the JMG series valve gearbox enables it to effectively handle a wide range of working circumstances.

The high-strength plastic indicator panel of the JMG series valve gearbox provides an easy indication of the valve opening position. JIMAI distinguishes itself from other vendors by including a 90-degree dial measure on the surface, therefore enhancing the understanding of valve positions. For handwheels and other external fasteners, JIMAI provides SS316 material as a viable option to suit different operating situations.

The worm and gear, the most crucial elements of the gearbox, undergo processing at JIMAI. This is of heightened importance.
